We know that to create a product of the highest quality, perfection and attention to detail is required throughout the production process, right from the time raw materials are unloaded from the trucks. To attain this, Kynkyny employs a small group of highly skilled and dedicated technicians who take great pride in creating impeccably crafted pieces of furniture. In addition to this, we know that quality can only be achieved by using the highest grades of raw materials and components available on the market. We source all our materials directly from top manufacturers and importers.
The wood working machines used in production are state of the art, imported from a leading manufacturer in Austria. The equipment allows for the highest degree of precision, a key factor in an industrial production of this kind.
Each design goes through an extensive phase of engineering to make sure it is structurally sound and solidly built for maximum durability, and to ensure that minimum waste is generated, a matter of paramount importance when working with a precious commodity such as solid wood. Special care is taken to conceal all hardware, and to use internal joinery leaving clean wooden surfaces, unscarred by screws or nails.
In wooden furniture, the end product is only as good as the “finishing”. We have developed our own specific stains and sheens to perfectly match the overall aesthetic of the furniture. Our elaborate and sophisticated finishing process makes for maintenance-free, scratch and heat-resistant surfaces. | | |  | |
